TOPIC: Modify records already entered.o

My registration process appears to be working smoothly. However someone entered information incorrectly and I need to change some of the input data in the Records Area. When I go to change and click either "Apply" or "Save" I get a blank white screen. When I get back into the admin interface the changes are not applied. Any suggestions, is there a checkbox somewhere where you can modify records. I searched around and could not find anything.

What version of DT Register are you using?

i am using 2.5.9.

There are no known such issues. Please upgrade to the new 2.6, then if you still have an issue, submit a support ticket with site access. Thanks.

I am having the same issue. I'm not a developer, is there a way to check my version number so that I can ask my developer to upgrade if needed?

pbruce - this is a very old thread... plus I don't see your username as having any license for DT Register in our system.

You can find the version number in the joomla installer area, then click the Components tab. This shows version numbers for all installed components.
