I would like to have users that register for an event automatically be registered in my joomla system. Is that possible?

If that is not possible, after registering for an event can I have them re-directed to a specific page that can allow them to register on the site itself?

Currently, registrants are not automatically added into the joomla user system. We are looking to create a new plugin for this soon.

For now, you can use HTML in the "thank you message" that shows onscreen after a successful registration... add a link for users to click and go to user registration. You could try to add code for a redirect to that page. We haven't tested a redirect there, but it may work as well. Thanks.
