I must be doing something obvious but I can't see it. I created a custom field for "school district" but can't get anything more than the first value to show up.

Here's the form -- you can see "Test" is the only value that's available:
http://draft.masc.org/events-a-conferences/register-for-upcoming-events?eventId=8&task=event_register&type=reg_individual

But here's the back-end image attached -- you can see the values delimited by the pipe character. No spaces. Why isn't it working?

There's a radio button custom field on the same form that's working fine.

Please watch the custom fields video tutorial to learn how to properly setup of these fields.

Each value must have a selection limit given... just like a fee would be done. In this case, you have 3 values. So selection limit (for values that are unlimited) would be like this:

0|0|0

This is why you're having a problem. Fix the selection limits and you'll be all set.

THANK YOU! That works. A little bit of a pain because the actual dropdown has 334 values, so that's a lot of zeros to stick in the selection limits field. You would hope there would be a default of "no limits" that would handle that automatically, but at least it's done now.

I've never seen videos as the primary and only source of documentation. A written manual is browsable, searchable, skimmable and therefore can serve the needs of users of all stripes, capabilities and needs. I tried to sit through the videos but it's a lot to ask, especially if you need a specific piece of information. There's a reason they're not usually the sole source of information about a product.

The lack of documentation is the only thing I don't love about DT Register; otherwise it's been exactly as advertised and was wonderfully straightforward to set up. I have two other clients I'll be using the product with as well.
