I have upgraded to JEvents 1.5.4 and now there is a weird issue.

On www.q2dspeeddating.com we have the DTRegister module on the right column

and say an event is set to start 7:00 PM in Jevents it shows up with a starting time of 8:00 PM in the DT Register module.

If I go to the Events menu tab - where the Jevents monthly calendar is shown in the main template position the start time in the DTRegister module shows up as 7:00 PM and also shows up as 7:00 PM

Now if I click on the event to start register the start time changes to 8:00 PM

Clicking on any other menu tab the time in the DTRegister module will be wrong (show start time 8:00 PM)

I have just downgraded Jevents to 1.5.3 and the issue disappears.

I just want to raise this issue now so it can hopefully be fixed when Jevents 1.5.4 is out in public release (it's only available to club members at this moments)

Joomla 1.5.15 PHP 5.2.11 MySQL 5.1.42 hosting Bluehost.com DTRegister 2.5.9

JEvents 1.5.4 I believe has a new option for establishing a default time zone instead of using the joomla config for that. You probably need to adjust that parameter.

Timezone in Jevents has been set to Los_Angeles from right after the install.

Jevents show the time correctly
