I have one price for an event registration, and there are different seminars going on throughout the day, (no extra charge) so people get to pick between 3 options for each of the 7 seminar slots.
So like:
9am to 10am:
option 1
option 2
option 3
10am to 11am:
option 1
option 2
option 3
There are 7 time slots set up, each with 3 options. The options are set up with radio buttons. It was working yesterday, and today it has stopped. On 6 of the 7 time slots, only option 2 and 3 and showing up on the front end. They are still there in the back end. Time slot #6 is still showing all 3 options.
The 'next' button is also not working now, I'm guessing it has to do with the missing options.
My business partner was going through things in the back end earlier today, but he's sure he didn't make any saved changes. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
You have not created your custom fields correctly. You need to watch the video tutorial on custom fields and you'll see. You certainly did not setup the "Selection Limits" properly, which is why some of your options are not showing. I'm guessing your selected values is also not right, causing the Next button to not work. The video will shed some light for you
