TOPIC: How do I configure PayPal to accept DIRECT PAYMENT

I have turned on the IPN and also Paypal Account Option ON. But I still cannot get the screen to show the DIRECT PAYMENT option by Paypal. What I get is the screen to show that a buyer needs to either create a new Paypal account or login to their existing account.

Do I have to change any coding in DT Register to allow this DIRECT PAYMENT option by Paypal?
