TOPIC: iDeal not working

Im working on a website for a customer of ours, to fix their DTregister component.

When you sign up for an event, fill in your information, then confirm your details, select your bank, and then if you click next, you get a blanc page, no nothing.

I've been looking through the forums, google and whatnot, yet i cannot find what causes this.

Im not sure which version DTregister they use, should be quite recent, but i cant see the version anywhere.

In the list of installed components, it will show the version. The latest at this time is 2.5.8b. If that is not what they have, upgrade by getting the latest package from "My Orders" on our site. If the problem persists after upgrading, log a support ticket please. Thanks.

It is at the latest version.

After choosing for a registration, you get the option to select your bank. After you do that and press next, it will give a white page.
