Hello, I have a problem with the storage of records when payment is via PayPal. Payment is regularly performed but not recorded in the database of our site. How can I do?

One, be sure you have the latest release of DT Register. If you do, the only way you will have this problem is if something is not setup correctly. Check the following:
- permissions of directories from /com_dtregister all the way up to /httpdocs or /public_html are 755 and files in /com_dtregister are 644.
- IPN (Instant Payment Notification) is enabled with a url provided in the recipient paypal account.
- Auto-return is set to OFF in the recipient paypal account. If you are making the payment and then being automatically redirected back to the joomla site, that tells you that this is turned ON. This WILL cause a problem so it must be off.
99% that one of these items are your problem. If you correct these and still have an issue, submit a support ticket. Thanks.
I too have this problem - and I have replied to my support ticket with the requested screen shots etc yet we still don't have resolution. All points above have been checked and double checked.
The problem is somewhat inconsistent because I made a test booking for $1 and submitted it and the record appears - and I received the notifications via email as is supposed to happen. However a 'real' booking came through this morning and the only way I know is a Paypal payment confirmation came in - but no supporting emails from DT Register and the record does not show in the backend!
