Hi I just bought DTRegister and today I tried getting my payments up and running with Authorize.net. They told me I can't as I'm not based in the US? And now all I can do is use PayPal with DTRegister, which is not what I wanted, I wanted to be able to accept credit cards on my site for event fees and that's exactly why - after lots and lots of research for an event solution - I bought DTRegister.

Is there a way for you to integrate Realex Payments into DTRegister? It's very big here in Ireland (and globally too) and looks like my only option right now?

I am disappointed that I can't use the programme! Can you offer me any solutions? I need to accept payments in Euros, otherwise the software is totally useless to me.

Many thanks, Nollaig.

Hello again.

Seeing as you do offer PayPal - can you offer or are you able to offer PayPal's "Website Payment Standard" integration? As this particular solution doesn't require someone to have a PayPal account.

Thanks, Nollaig.

Correct, Authorize.net is intended for USA users, although in some cases it can be used for UK, Canada and Australia.

DT Register already uses PayPal Website Payments Standard... which is just a fancy name for a regular paypal account :) . When DT Register redirects to PayPal, the user has both options. They can login to their paypal account, or they can choose to pay without an account. To the left of the login is this:

Don't have a PayPal account?
Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue

"Continue" is a link to proceed without a paypal account.

Regarding implementing a different payment gateway, we are planning on adding other payment options soon, but have a couple other higher priority items that are in production already. Hoping to be able to look at other payment options in another month or so. Thanks.
