TOPIC: pay at the door - how to use?

What exactly should the option to add payment methods such as Pay At The Door do?
I have checked that off but it doesn't give any option at registration to select this method of payment. :

On the "Payments" tab in Configuration, there is a multi-select box for "Payment Methods to Allow". Make sure "Pay Later" is selected. If you are offering multiple payment options, use CTRL-Click to select multiple payment methods. Then below that is the box for selecting which Pay Later options you will offer... like Pay At The Door. Without having "Pay Later" selected in the first box, this second box will mean nothing.
