TOPIC: some registrtation data not saving

I just installed new versions of DT Register and JEvents. AFter syncing everything, the events look good (thanks Nathan for your help!).

I entered a test registration and out of 17 custom fields, only 6 of them stored the data in my registration record. It appears as though i did not enter anything but i did. Most of these fields are required to register.

Same problem here, I think DTH is working on it as they visited my site as admin and would have seen the problem .. no news yet . For me it was the multi select check boxes. Data saves in DB and works in export but does not show in back end registrations records.

Is this what you are seeing too?

I actually had to to do a backup restore with previous versions of DTReg and JEvents, as the registration data was very messed up (whole classes of registered students gone). I have to clean up some event records, and then I will try the upgrades again! Hopefully, I will be a smoother transisition this time around.

If I remember correctly though, it was not just the checkbox fields that did not save. I had one that was a phone number, at least 2 that were text fields for comments, and a couple of check box fields that did not store the data.

Is there a resolution for this yet. I received payment information from paypal but no registration records are showing in dtregister.
