There are two issues:
1.
When someone gets the confirmation emailed, the TAG [EVENT_NAME] does not get changed, it stays as TAG.
2.
Within the registration admin, I try to create personalized messages to solve the above problem but everytime I switch them on and save, they get switched off.
I am talking about these options:
Create a custom Thank You message for the email that goes out to registrants:
Enable this feature: Nee Ja
When enabled, this message will replace of the general message set on the settings page.
