I am wondering if anyone else has this problem? Once you enter user information to register for an event and go to the next screen to enter payment information, you are supposed to be able to choose "Same as Registrant" and it will automatically fill in all fields. I am currently playing with a new template. I have the 2.5.2 version of DT Register almost working in another template and this problem does not occur there. I am using a Rocket Theme template called Solar Sentinel. I think it is a template issue, but I could be wrong.
Laurel, we have not seen or heard of this happening before so it must be a conflict with something in that template as you said. We'd like to know what it is if you can determine so we can modify to avoid this happening for anyone else. If you can't find out what is conflicting, provide us admin access and we'll see if we can find it.
