We are using DT Register with JEvents, both the latest versions. Have both Authorize.net and DT Register in test mode, using credit cards.

After filling in the credit card information and clicking next, we get a 'Windows Internet Explorer' pop up, as in the attached gif. We can select 'OK' and continue/finish the registration process.

2 problems, maybe not related.

How the heck to we get this pop up to stop 'popping up'?

Our second problem is that we do not see the transaction in Authorize.net, even though we get the email notifications from DT Register with confirmation number.

Can someone take a look at this and give us some advice?

Many thanks in advance for the help.

B Regards,

Dan

dthadmin --

Is there a reason that this segment of the confirmation must be a popup dialog box -- is there any way it could be put into a web page instead (like the other pages of the registration process) that would render the HTML tags rather than showing them as plain text?

Incorporating HTML tags into the custom field labels to format them does make the registration form present better. It's extremely helpful to be able to insert line breaks between custom fields, and to add bold text and italics for emphasis. Also, coding hyperlinks for lightbox popups into the custom field labels lets registrants access information that is helpful to them during the registration process. I would vastly prefer to be able to set up my custom fields using HTML tags like this, instead of leaving it all as plain text with the custom fields all running together.

Is this controlled by the dtregister.php file? If so, is there any modification you can suggest that would allow the use of HTML tags without having them show up like this?

OR, is there some way to keep this dialog box from coming up at all (e.g., can this step of the process be skipped), as the info that's being shown in the dialog box was just shown on the previous page during the registration process?

Any help on this would be very much appreciated. Or if none of what I've asked is possible, could you post that back as well? Thanks so much!

Sorry for the delay... this was addressed in the last release. The popup remains but it only shows payment info. Nothing else from the record shows which means no HTML shows either. THanks.
