We've created an event that allows for group and individual sign-up, which is going pretty well. The problem is that our CSV download from the admin console provides a file that does not include the names of the group members that have been provided. Only the biller information is included on multiple lines where I would expect to see group names.
What's up with this? Is there a way for me to export all names within that group?
You must be using an old version of DT Register. A couple versions ago, the CSV export utility was redone so you could select which events and then which fields of data to include in the export. You should upgrade and your CSV issue will be resolved.
That is not odd... we release a new update at least once per month on DT Register. Always improving and adding new features!
