I have added a discount code in the backend, checked it off for the specific event, however when I check the registration form I do not see it. Is there an additional step that needs to be completed in order to see the form field in the registration process?
Is your discount code published? Is the present date in between the start and end date setup for your code? If so, you should see an input field at the top of the registration form. If all seems fine but you\'re still not seeing it, submit a support ticket and we\'ll take a look.
Max submitted a ticket then I found the problem. Forgot to mention this setting in the previous forum response. In Event Management, there is a new setting \"Use Discount Codes\". You must set this to YES for any codes to be available for that event. I set this to Yes on your upcoming Microsoft Excel class and saw the code worked fine on the frontend.
So to sum up, using discount codes you:
1) create the code in the discount code page. Make sure you Publish the code and set the start and end dates appropriately.
2) open the event in event management and set \"Use Discount Codes\" to YES.
3) at the bottom of the event page, select any codes that you want used for that event.
