1) (Version 2.4.3) When you have group registration enabled and are prompted to register as an individual or a group.
If you click individual and then click next. Then hit the back button and switch your choice to group and insert the group size to any value greater than 1 it only charges you and lets you pay for 1 person. Instead of the group size you entered.
2) (Version 2.4.1) This bug is more strange and I am unable to reproduce it personally in any version so I am not sure if it occurs in 2.4.3 but it did happen in 2.4.1. What happens is when a customer registers for an event the email confirmation comes through as \"Numbers of Members\" blank. The credit card gets processed and funds are transferred. But there is absolutely no record of the transaction occurring or a Registration Record recorded in the backend. Not even under the Failed Attempts. The difference is on all of my other registrations is the \"Number of Members\" is listed as 1 in the email.

1) This is not a \"bug\" really... just shouldn\'t use the BACK button in the browser in any type of forms process. We have some BACK buttons in DT Register but there is not one at that point for going back and changing the type of registration. We need to add more back buttons in different places as we can set them to go back but keep the session data correct. Use the browser\'s back button does not play nice with sessions.
2) You\'re talking about an issue with an old version so there\'s really no point in discussing it unless you can say it still happens in the latest release. What type of payment was it? You didn\'t say.
Regarding my previous post I have run across the same issue with a successful registration taking place but there being no record of it. Meaning the person registered. Received their email confirmation with confirmation number attached. The credit card was processed successfully and funds were transferred. Also, in the credit card company\'s interface the same confirmation number is listed. But in the backend of DT Register there is absolutely no record of the registration. We have processed almost 400 credit card registrations in the last 2 weeks. This has only happened twice. Once with version 2.4.1 and now again with the upgraded 2.4.3. Probably 50 of the registrations were processed on 2.4.1 and 350 done on 2.4.3.
BTW I am using Electronic Transaction Systems for my Credit Card processing. I modified the Authorize.net code to do this. It is very similar.
1 more problem. I also had someone register and payment came through as well as confirmation #. Everything else was missing. I have not registration record of the person. No name, email, address, etc. This only occurred once as well.
Most people are having Paypal issues, but it sounds like you have the same problems I am having with authorize.net.
I have had records that are in the database but do not show up in the backend in Registration Records. I have had one record that is missing the name and address both in the database and Registration Records. Not sure how it got processed through authorize.net as the email from them confirming payment also had a missing name and address.
Are your records showing up in your database? You can use phpmadmin to browse your database. Look under jos_dtregister-users table.
