I am using the DEMO site and there seem to be inconsistencies in the group registration process, sometimes resolved by clearing cookies in the browser.

When using a brand new browser session (cookies & cache cleared) registering for the group occurs with no issues - the \"next member\" button is present for each member until the last one.

However if the group registration is clicked again, and you enter the number of people in the group:
1) after the very 1st member\'s details are entered, it only presents \"Next\" and not \"next member\"

2) The pricing is based on the previous session (eg if the previous group entered for the group discount pricing $125 instead of $150, then this new group also has pricing based on the $125 despite not qualifying. (See screenshot)

3) In addition to this, the form seems to be prepopulated.

I have found that clearing the cache & cookies seems to solve this, but would not want users to need to do this.

The registration process is done in a session for various reasons. That session will end when registration is completed or when it time outs (based on your joomla session settings). To have problems as you are discussing, you\'d have to use the BACK button of the browser which is never a good idea when going through a form process. We have put some actual back buttons in places throughout the registration process that allow the user to go back and make changes that are then saved in the session. Currently these buttons are not in that portion of the group registration process. We used to have a back button that went back to the individual/group selection but many people didn\'t like that and it was more trouble than it was worth so we removed that one.

This component is definitely a winner, and the enhancements/fixes made with each release have been quite significant.

It would really be nice, however, to have a back button so you can edit individual group members, or at least have the option to turn this feature on. Imagine: you want to do a group registration for 10 people. You get all the way through the process to the final page where the details are shown to you. But you can only go back to edit the billing info! The natural inclination of a typical unknowing user would be to use the browser\'s back button go edit one of those individual members. Ooops!! If you\'re using IE, your page has expired, and now you\'ve got to start over.

It\'s not a great user experience to have to start over because you made a mistake. I realize it\'s an array of session variables that have to be delicately navigated through, but it really would be work it. And what would be even better than back buttons through the group member records would be some way to edit those members while you\'re looking at the confirmation screen just before you go to pay - since that\'s the only chance you get to view all the info in one place.

Any chance this could get added in a near future release? Yes, we can remind the users to double check their info before clicking Next Member, but that will only go so far... often, there still exists a problem between the chair and the computer!

Thanks guys!
