Has anyone experienced problems setting up DT Register. I am going through the formalities, I set up Events through JEvents, as recommended and everything seems fine.

When I get into DT Register, I can not see anything I have setup in JEvents, what am I missing?

Support is slow to respond, so any help would be appreciated.

Kind regards,
Jim.

If you do not see your events, then you are either not looking in the right place or you didn\'t set something up correctly. Here is what I responded to your ticket (19 minutes after you posted it... I don\'t consider that slow):

You should watch our video tutorials to see the full setup process. First, you create your event in JEvents, which should be a onetime (not recurring) event. Then go to DT Register event management. The dropdown that you see initially is going to show events ALREADY setup in DT Register. This is a filter... nothing more and is stated on the page. To setup the event, click the NEW button in the top right corner. On this page, you\'ll have a dropdown showing eligible events from JEvents. Choose the event then setup all of the registration details.

Our videos will take you through step by step from install onward. If you have further questions or needs, just let us know. Happy to help!

Also, I assume you are using a correct version of JEvents... should be 1.4.3RC2 or maybe 1.5alpha2. Any newer version of JEvents than that will not work correctly with DT Register... which is also noted in various places. Thanks.
