I logged the attached as a ticket over a week since and have not had a response. Can someone help me???
I am using the back end to administrate registrations, users can call and have the office register them for the event.
I notice that
a. The group registration screens and the individual registrations act quite differently when I select a user from the group - for instance the group 1 fills out data using the select, the individual one does not.
b. that the individual registration does not send out a user or admin email, the group one does, this is inconsistent
c. that the email does not replace the [EVENT NAME] in the subject or any other fields consequently the email I get appears as follows
d. the admin email works OK although the CSS appears to handle the formatting of the first two lines differently.

Ideally I would like to have a switch to send emails or not in the back end, however for now can I make a request that the email can be made to work correctly in both instances.
I have tried this on 2_4_0 with exactly the same effects as previously
