When I go into an event and enter the event date, custom thank you message, select custom fields, etc, once I hit save I am kicked back to the Event Management page. If I select the event that I just tried to enter/edit, the information I entered is blank and I get this message:

Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /administrator/components/com_dtregister/admin.dtregister.php on line 4523

Can someone assist? I need to get this registration form live. I was originally using 2.3.6 but have upgraded to 2.3.7 and am still experiencing the same issue.

I have one event published already. Just trying to add a 2nd.

UPDATE:

Okay bought a new copy and installed on a new domain, different server, and using the latest version of dtregister. I created an event, hit save and went back to the event management screen. The info appears to be saved in the database but when I try to edit the event, the configuration page does not reflect what I had just entered.

This time I do not get an error message when I return to the event configuration.

Help!

Hello. Please be specific to what exactly you are doing... and what you are seeing compared to what you think you\'re supposed to be seeing.

I just submitted a ticket that includes version details, temp access, and more. I have had limited success downgrading to Joomla 1.5.8, but am still experiencing problems. Now I can create and edit events but if the event is fee-based then the user\'s registration information is not being passed to jos_dtregister_users.

UPDATE:

Okay got it working finally on Joomla 1.5.9, Jevents 1.4.3, and DTRegister 2.3.7. It seems like a noscript plugin might have been interfering on Firefox.

Also decided to test in Opera. We can complete the backend setup in Opera. For some unknown reason, we can complete the frontend registration form in Opera, but the backend registration records do not capture the Opera registration; however, the database does. So we are still looking into that. IE7 seems to work fine (that\'s a surprise).
