TOPIC: One seminar with multiple courses

Hello.

We are having an event, that has 3 different classes. A registrant can sign up for one, any, or all of these 3 courses.

$200.00 – International Taekwondo Hanmadang Referee Certification
$150.00 – International Taekwondo Hanmadang Referee Refresher Course
$100.00 – U.S. National Taekwondo Hanmadang Referee Certification

Is there a way in DT register to set this, so we dont have to configure these as 3 different events? (and that way we dont force an individual to complete up to 3 different registrations and checkouts)

Hello and sorry for the delay. Yes, DT Register CAN do this. You\'ll need to use custom fee fields. Watch our video tutorial on custom fields to see how to do this in detail.

Create your event with the default price of the event. Then create a custom field something like this:

Select the Class you will attend: (options given with checkboxes)

_ Class One
_ Class Two
_ Class Three

Then check the checkbox in the custom field creation for \"fee field\". Then add a value to each option which would look like this:

200|150|100

This would add $200 to Class One, $150 to Class two, etc.

The video will walk you through step by step but hopefully this helps you out and puts you in the right direction

Is it possible to limit the number of registrations for each custom price?

EG, say my 3 levels are

Gold
Silver
Bronze

And I only have 1 spot for gold, 2 for silver, and 3 for bronze.

Totally OK if I have to go into the DB and add values there, easier if there's a way to do it in DT register, but I just need it to work.

when you create a custom drop down ( or check box or radio button) you can set the selection limits in the same way as you set the prices.
