I have setup an event for a church youth organization for a summer camp. I have paypal working fine and the actual event does what i would expect it to do. My scenario is one that even though they register and pay in full online, there are 2 more things they have to do (like parental consent signature which has to be turned in snail mail) before they are actually, completely registered. So my first question. Is there a way that I can manually approve the registration after all of those things have been completed and they are \"truly\" registered.
Also, within the actual camp, there are 10 different units (groups) that they can request to be in when they register. Space in each group is limited and the first folks to \"completely\" register are the folks that get into that unit. So even though the registrants can choose their preference and an alternate, they may not actually be assigned to either. I need a hidden field that the registrants can\'t see, but the registrar can to assign the folks to the individual units and stay within the space constraints.
Sorry so long winded, but this is my 1st event with DT Register and we have to get the registration up and running in the next few days. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
i know that the default registration fields that are pre-configured in DT Register can be hidden or visible, but the custom fields can only be published or unpublished. We are not using the organization field. Is there anyway that I can rename that field to serve my hidden field purpose?
