TOPIC: Pricing Options

I am trying to figure out if the current version of DT register can support charging for \"options\"

I am holding an event and parking is charged per car... so a group registration could be for 4 people but only 2 cars. I need to capture the 4 names (which group register does) but only charge for 2 x parking rate

I swear this was possible but cannot seem to find how to set it up

Well, group registration charges per person. My suggestion would be to reword the process (modify the language file) and ask for the number of parking spaces instead of the number of people. Then the rate will be based on the right number. Then create custom fields set to show on the billing page only for inputing the names of the people. If all you need is a # of spaces and the names, I\'d probably just do an Individual registration and also have a custom field for selecting the number of spaces needed. Set the default price for one space. Then if they pick 2 or more spaces, the price is altered based on how you set it up. Hope that helps.
