TOPIC: Registration Issue

I am trying to get this to work and what I find is that I can get the registration to come up and you can fill in all the fields but then when you hit next to go to the payment option I get an error I get the following error message:

Username and password do not match

Why do they have to create a user name and password? And more importantly how do they do that? I have my events set to Public so I don\'t know why this is happening or how to fix it. Please help.

I had some issues when using this program but it was primarly me - user issues.

To get mine to work I just went into the settings and turned the Community Builder Integration off. Then it worked just fine for me. Hope this helps you.

Community Builder integration was already off for me. Any other ideas? I\'ve put in a support ticket with no response.

Sorry, that is what worked for me. Not sure what else the issue could be. You should get a response to your support ticket soon, I had submitted a couple for different reasons and they were great at responding. Good Luck
