My event has NO free registration and the only method of payment is Paypal. Out of 90 something registrations that went through, there were two registrations that managed to go through without paying. In the system it is marked as "paid" but there's no sign of payment made in Paypal and the paid amount is recorded as "0". Payment method is marked as "Free" in the conf email.

I cannot seem to be able to recreate this case, but in both incidents the registrant chose group registration.

Are you aware of anything similar to this happening in DTRegiter?

What version of DT Register and Joomla are you using?

Well, we stopped supporting Joomla 1.5 many years ago of course. I asked mainly to make sure you didn't post this in the wrong forum category. :)

All I can tell you is to:

- disable any cache in the Joomla config or your template
- check session length set in Joomla config and also DT Register config. Play with those values to see if it helps. Maybe lengthen them.

Outside of that, it's hard to say what could be causing it... but that's an ancient build of DT Register. The main answer is... of course... get the whole site updated. That's not a quick fix though, I know.
