Ok...now I do have something to report regarding the customer service. I\'ve posted an issue with the DTregister system that my client is having in another thread. So far...it\'s been 6 days 23 hours with no response and it\'s a fairly important problem. My client is unable to edit any of the events after they create them..Hopefully, it\'s something relatively minor to fix...but, it\'s been almost a week with no replies. Needless to say, the longer I go without some sort of resolution, the less professional I appear to my client.
onestop - sorry, but I do not see a support ticket under your username. That is the primary form of support. This forum is mostly for info, help and discussion from other users. We do answer posts as often as possible, but the tickets are a much higher priority. Most forum posts are duplicates of tickets and emails anyway

Hey, I like your spunk (and your resolve about good customer service of course)! I am a newbie to Joomla altogether and have made many many MANY mistakes along the way of learning ropes these last 45-60 days or so. Good service is hard to find, but I\'ve got to tell you, this product is viable.
After much thought, careful comparison -- with similar products (even installing one and finding it did NOT suit my needs) and considering having something custom built, I decided to move forward and have been pleased with the results thus far. The install went smoothly, the component is easy to configure and has nearly everything I want in an event registration software. (I\'d love to see a virtuemart intergration but whatever . . ) Also, this forum is extremely helpful!
Now, I AM one of the posters who is having trouble with an important aspect of the software. However, knowing that Open Source Development is Open Source Development -- even when you pay for it -- I kinda of expected a glitch here or there. My expectation is that with a small amount of patience, the guys at DT will get it resolved. Tell your client to hang in there. . .
I\'m sorry but it seam that you have been lucky. I have open an urgent ticket three days ago with no response. And I have view that the problem is not that they are too busy: I\'ve clicked on his identity and it say that he has not logged in since several days ago.

It would be nice that you provide instructions regarding what data do you require to solva a ticket. It would save everybody`s time.

What do you mean with \"just download the package\" I have not seen any way to download the package. Your server sent me an authomatic eMail with the sw attached when I payed the suscription. I have not seen any alternative way to download the package.
