TOPIC: Discount for non-member

I know there is a way to provide a discount to a registered user, but I wanted to see if there was a way to provide a discount to a non-registered user? Essentially, a check box that would allow someone to select so that they recieve a discount (i.e. if they are attending another event then check here and a discount will be given).
