TOPIC: No Records created

Recently our site was hacked (shocking). We locked some things down and now dtregister no longer creates records but we get merchant receipts. I just updated today to 2.6.9 thinking that would help but the same thing happens.

Are there any special temp directories needed?

Hello. Version 2.6.9 is nearing 3 years old and is long not supported of course. If you have a current license, you can download the latest version. For Joomla 1.5, you need to upgrade into 2.7.24. All of the instructions needed are included in the package. The 2.6 to 2.7 jump is a big one so follow the instructions completely. It will take a little time to get that done, but once you do, future updates are much easier.

Once you are running 2.7.24, if you still have an issue, submit a ticket with plenty of info and we will check it out. Thanks!
