Does anybody know how to get a support ticket response? We have been waiting for 3 days and nothing.
None of our paid registrations are creating records, even though the IPN records have a success 200 response and point to what looks like the right URL.
We have used previous versions of this product fine, but upgrading to the latest appears to be broken.
We have a major conference advertised on radio, etc but people cannot register for it. I am really cheesed off that I have had to spend so long debugging for a working product which I paid a decent amount for!
