After upgrading from 2.7.18 to 2.7.19a in my joomla 1.5, this "x" and the sentence always shows up.
How can I remove it?

That issue was already resolved. Please download the package again and reinstall.

However still can't solve this even uninstall and reinstall with the latest download many times.

Sorry, turns out this was fixed in the version for 2.5, but was not applied to the 1.5 version. It now has and the download package now includes 2.7.19b for Joomla 1.5. So download and update and you'll be set with this one. Thanks for your patience.
