I need to have 3 types of registrants: member($275), non-member($395), staff($225)
Member discount: $120
Early Bird: $100
In order for the registration to calculate the amount correctly, I have to set the registration fee to be $495 so that people who are members during early bird will get the $220 off. (495 - 120 discount - 100 early bird = 275)
We want to allow groups to register but when someone selects 4 registrants they are hit with a $1980 bill since it automatically counts 4 @ $495. But the group may be one member and 3 staff which should be $950
Any way someone can think of to help me out on this? I don't want to use a field as the registration type since then it does not apply the discounts or early bird rates correctly. It also means I have to manually change the fees later which kills the record downloads later (all of the fees will not be correct since I changed them in the middle of the event).
