I received this error when attempting to process an event registration.
I just bought and installed it and have not configured paypal etc just mail in registration
no matter if I select individual or group I get this error.
I am new .. am i doing something wrong?
Searched the forum but could not find anything. Rereading all the docs and videos to see if I did something wrong...
seems like a nice product !

Joomla 1.5.3
events 1.4.3 rc2
DT register 2.2.3
clearly this product works for some people on Joomla 1.5.
I have clean installs not deviating from the instructions what is going wrong?
I would greatly appreciate it to get some more detail on this.
In teh support ticket that I opened I simply got a notice that there was a bug...
Provide me some details and perhaps we can all try to help resolve.
I have kindly asked for assistance here and have opened a ticket.
I have given you access to my site and all I get is some general response that this is an issue and that I should wait....
And then you close the ticket without resolution....?

If you can not resolve this and perhaps we should talk about a refund. I am willing to keep an eye on your project to see if this issue has been resolved but in the mean time I need to find a working solution.
I am looking forward to making a positive comment in the Joomla Extension directory... but am not able to do that unless you provide some support.
Bartcelona - calm down. We would not close your ticket without resolution. As you would not provide FTP access so we could fix it for you, we emailed you the fixed file days ago. This is why we prefer to get FTP access so we can fix the issue ourself and not have to deal with this type of situation.
Anyway, we just released a 2.2.4. Go ahead and download that from your Orders area and install it. I uninstalled the existing version on your site but could not reinstall it due to some file permission issues or something on your site. Make sure the component directories for DT Register are removed then reinstall.
Sorry I never received the request for FTP access. I also did not see your email. (I am sorry if I missed this a normally am careful with scanning my Junkmail folder before deleting.) I you decide to send it again I will pay closer attention to ensure it is noticed..
In the mean time I have asked my client to sign in and get the lastest version to see if this resolves this.
