TOPIC: [SOLVED] "not authorized to view" In BACKEND

I have created 10 events and keep having this error!!

I create an event, assign it to a published category. It shows up on front end, the plug in links to it fine, it shows in my "events listing" menu page link

but when I go to edit the event - like change the time - I get the "You are not authorized to access this function." error on the BACKEND.

10 events!!! created testing this!?! What is causing this?

My categories are published. Events List menu item is published and working.

Does an "event owner" HAVE to be established for every event?

How can I access/delete those 10 events I've created as test events? Do I have to access them in the DB? where would they be? I want them to be gone-gone-gone.

This is a permissions issue. Go to DT Register -> Permissions and un-check the first box for Super Admin that says "edit own event only". That would NOT have been checked by default, and it is what is causing your restriction. Thanks.

i thought this had something to do with it. I was having some other issue with it unchecked. I'll keep testing...
