Sounds like sacwebmaster has the EXACT same problem as us. Doesnt affect everyone only some users. Hard to reproduce also.... Im submitting a ticket now to hopefully get this resolved.

The problem was happening whenever the site was accessed using www in the url (" www.abc.com "). If the site was accessed without www (abc.com) then registration worked.

I setup a permanent redirect so that anyone accessing the site using www would be redirected to the site without www. This should solve the problem.

Yes, if that's an issue, a redirect for that in your .htaccess will help. For everyone else note that this is not actually a DT Register problem. The issue with www vs non-www would be a site-specific problem. Thanks for sharing
