TOPIC: Show "Please Enter All Required Fields"

On the registration form page, when a registrant clicks the "Next Step" button without filling a required field, I see the red X's popup. Is it possible to show WORDS instead? I cannot seem to find a setting. In addition to the red X, can it just take them back to the top of the page and say "Please Enter All Required Fields" ?

There is no setting to show text in addition to or in place of the red validation Xs.
