I have some customers making payments via my system using DT Register. When made, the Invoice Description on Eway just says "DT_INVOICE_DESCRIPTION_EWAY". I noticed in an earlier thread - that this is the default text used for multiple event purchases. However this is one event using 2 people as a group. Is there any way this can be rectified/overcome?
Hello. That would be from a much older version. If you had the current package in place, you wouldn't have that problem. When registering for one event, the event title would be the description. When registering for multiple events at one time (which is not what you are doing it sounds like) is when you get a general description. Thanks.
