TOPIC: Unique template per Event

Is there a way to apply a different template for different events?
My default template is used for most of my events but I have a pre-event workshop that is a separate event but can also be part of a package deal.

So an attendee can register for the workshop only.. so it should have its own look, but a registrant can also register for the main event as well as a combo.

I would like to be able to apply a non-default template to the workshop event. Is this possible? Or will the default template be the only template applied to all the registrations on a site.

This is not possible presently as each event will use the same Itemid in the URLs.

Try this module "Chameleon" http://www.metamodpro.com/ you can probably get it to work with this. I use it all the time, with a little creative thinking you can pretty much get it to display what ever template you want under any scenario.
