TOPIC: Does DTH actually check the forums

It really doesn't appear as though they do. I have seen several people post pretty simple questions in the plugins section that have sat for months with no reply. I don't feel like I should have to create a support ticket and provide all my super user login for my site in order to ask a simple question.

Would be nice if maybe DTH would be a little easier to get in contact with.
