TOPIC: [SOLVED] Migrate 2.6 Records Missing Record

I upgraded to the latest version of DT Register and ran the Migrate 2.6 Records button however non of my user data i.e name or email address is being populated for any of my events.

At this point I can't tell who registered for any of the events.

Did you re-save every field and every event? I'm doubting so. Your user data is probably there, but you just don't have fields properly associated with the events (which happens when you re-save... do the fields first)... so the record has nothing to actually show.

Yes I opened and saved everything when I looked in the database the info is there but it does not appear in the event info.

You'll need to submit a ticket and provide database access so we can see what the status of things are.

I submitted a ticket a few days ago on this issue I really need to get this resolved the client can not view the registered users for his events. I have already tried the open and close all the configurations and events but that did not resolve the issue

Your ticket was replied to. The issue was the default fields (name, email, etc) were not created on your install. I added those then the migration worked. All stated in your ticket. Thanks.
