TOPIC: [SOLVED] View All Events giving me 404 error

I am using Joomla 1.5.25 with DT Register 2.7.15b. When i click on the event details button in category view and it takes me to the event details page, everything looks good, but when i click on VIEW ALL EVENTS, it gives me a 404 component not found. The registration button works, but not the view all button.

This is now happening on my site, too.

I created a couple new articles, and new events. All was working properly. 2 days later, "View All Events" shows this location: http://mysite.com/index.php?Itemid=99999 , when the proper location is: http://mysite.com/index.php?option=com_ ... &Itemid=29

Do two things:

1) Update to the latest version of DT Register and the EventLink plugin.

2) create a menu item for DT Register "List of Events". If you don't need it, just put it in a menu that is not actually displayed on your site. This menu item should exist and be published.

I've done this twice, and I still have the issue with the 404 error.

I have uninstalled and re-installed DT Register, the upcoming event module and the event link plugin. I have (deleted and) recreated the menu item as instructed.

Any other suggestions? This is not solved for me. Unfortunately, most of my visitors click through to registration from the Upcoming Event sidebar, or they want to visit the all events page to see the attendees list, and then register.

EDIT: It is solved. For some reason, the DT Register EventLink Plugin would not hold the itemID of the DT Register List of Events menu item. I uninstalled and re-installed it again, deleted and remade a List of Events menu item, and now all is well.

my solution was to open the plugin DTRegisterEvent Link and enter the menu itemID into the parameters.
