Greetings,

I have a question around event security for private events.

DT Register allows you to create a public and a private event. The private events are only accessible by those users who have a registration on the site.

What I am in need of is the ability to add a private event that requires a user password to see the event details. It can show in the list of events, but when you attempt to read the details of the event or register for the event, it asks for a password that you give to those people that you are going to allow to register.

Any chance this feature is available and I am missing it?

This is not a feature in the component itself. However, you may be able to accomplish this by setting up a password protection using a joomla extension.
http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... estriction . Then link the details to the protected article.
