TOPIC: Flat Group Rate

Is there anyway to set the group rate as a flat rate? Just like the individual? e.g. I want the individual rate to be $167 and the group rate (regardless of how many) to be $247. I have an upcoming event that needs this functionality.

Currently, the group registration function is not setup for a flat rate. My suggestion would be this -

Setup the event for Individual registration only. Create a custom fee field as a radio button like this:

Registration Type: __ Individual ($167) __ Group ($247)

Setup the regular price as $167, then assign fee values to this custom field like this:

0|80

This will make the Individual option remain at regular price and the group option will add $80 to the cost. This will be reflected on the confirmation page. You can also mention it in the text above the form if you wanted to.

If you need to collect data about group members, setup additional custom fields. Hope this helps...
