After getting DT Reg set up and looking the way I want it to and added all of my events I have now encountered the following problems:
1. Overlapping date check causes the back button on the confirmation page to send the user to:
"You can not register for this event, you have already registered for an event at the same time"
This forces the user to have to start over completely filling out the form.
2. Fee update options in all of my fields have stopped calculating. They no longer add to the cost for the event. Along with that I can not edit or save any value in the Individual registration fee in the event setup. As of now all of my events show as FREE.
3. I can no longer use prerequisite events. This feature is broken as well.
We can confirm that issue for the back button with the overlapping check. Will address that.
The other items are NOT issues in the latest package. Download from My Orders and get updated. You won't lose any existing settings, events, etc.
The prerequisite check has not had any problem for a long time. You may have a setup issue there or maybe you expect something different. After updating if you still need help with prerequisites, submit a ticket so we can see what you have setup. Thanks.
I am already using the most current version of DT Reg 2.7.13. I updated hoping that would fix the problem with over lapping date.
You speak of the other issues NOT being a problem with the current version, however I AM USING THE MOST CURRENT VERSION. I have also uninstalled/re-installed version 2.7.13 twice now. Even that did not help.
Yesterday I deleted all of my events. This solved the problems I was having. Features started to work again. I think you have a problem with the "copy event" feature or maybe your system gets too stressed when having more than 100 events. I don't know.
