Thank you very much for the swift response!
I had tried addressing caches, which all are off and/or cleared, optimized/repaired tables in the DB, everything I can think of..All of the registrations work perfectly except for these sudden random free people..
I had already planned on upgrading after this event is over, which unfortunately is early April..
Here's my fear, I have configured 4 ways a person can register for this one event, so in essence there are 4 separate events technically, since there are 4 types of people registering for this event. So I am using direct url's to that events individual/group registration, completely bypassing the standard DtRegister event selector page...so the url's would absolutely have to remain the same after an upgrade, since these urls are plastered everywhere in marketing material...if you can see what I mean.
I am also worried about losing the custom message pages I built into the registrations and an upgrade issue with the current version of JEvents 1.5.9 that worked with my current version of DTRegister.
I would be in a devastatingly horrible position if I damaged the registration at this very moment for my folks, but I still have to resolve the random free issue somehow.
So, if I upgrade to the to 2.6.9, I can remain on the current version of JEvents, I will not lose any of the events created, nor the registrations, custom message, urls for each event will not change, etc?? It is incredibly important that I can do this without loss in any shape of the imagination.
I cant begin to explain how much.
I really appreciate your help and I am definitely trying to keep my questions outside of standard support, since I just found I am not supposed to pose support questions. I thought I'd be ok to ask since the forum allowed me to create a thread. I've been a supporter of DTH's extensions since 2008 and have always appreciated the quality of the extensions and support.
Thanks again!
