TOPIC: [SOLVED] moved off page before the payment section

Hi. I just upgraded to version 2.7.12 and now, when someone is registering for more than one event, it moves you off the page before you're able to pay. And a confirmation email is sent saying this: "Your registration price total is $ 475.00. You have paid $ 0.00, which leaves an amount due of $ 475.00. You paid via Free."

we don't have any pay later options. any idea of what's going on?

didn't work. this is the email a registrant gets when it doesn't go through....

i'm trying to put a ticket in, but the system isn't responding. will continue to try.

I had the same issue. Not sure how a customer accomplished it, but I got the same result.

any ideas as to why this is happening?

i'm using Installed Version: 2.7.3a

Fixed through the ticket... but to update here... the problem is the 2.7.12c package the user had upgraded to. We had discovered a problem with the events properly saving the fees. Updating to 2.7.12d and re-saving the event fees will fix this issue. This is a problem that was occurring mainly in the b and c builds of 2.7.12.

ccyf - regarding your issue... you are using 2.7.3 ??? That is extremely old and no longer supported. Get updated and you'll be fine... assuming your setup is correct. Thanks.
