TOPIC: Terms and Conditions, where to place?

I've seen the other T&C threads, none of them tell me where DTR looks for these. Please provide some advice as to where to place, i.e. as an Jarticle?

In Configuration/Messages you will find a box called "Message to display the terms and conditions". Put your text in there. This box is quite a way down the page. This statement of T&C is used for all events unless you set an event specific T&C.

Event specific T&C are set within the Messages section for an Event where there is a box called "Terms & Conditions for this event". This has an "Enable this message" No/Yes option which has to be set before the event specific text is used.
