i do not have any issue to my problem :
i have some events whose paiements is by letter only
i wan't to go to the back office an when i click on "paid' to change the status the customer could receive an email "yiu're paiement has just been received"
Yes, this feature is there. In configuration on the Emails tab, there are two emails at the bottom that must be enabled to be active... a status change email and a PAID status change email. Enable it and customize it to say whatever you want. Then when you mark someone as paid, they will be sent that paid status change email.
