I installed the latest version, 2.7.9, last week. Since then, I've been unable to load the records, events or email registrant tabs on the backend. All I get is a blank screen. I have a support ticket in from Thursday. The team quickly responded and confirmed they were seeing the problem on my system, but I haven't heard back since regarding corrective action.

I also seem to have a problem with skipping confirmation numbers and (maybe) some registrations not being charged properly. Not sure if it's related, but the issue seems tied to the update as well. I also have a ticket in for that.

While the team is working on my support tickets, does anyone know if it's possible/advisable to uninstall 2.7.9 and go back to 2.7.8x? That version did not appear to have these issues. I don't want to do anything until confirmation in case anything added in 2.7.9 would be affected by a rollback and eventual re-update.

Thanks for your help.
Erick

I have the same problem. I upgraded to 2.7.9c so that I could get the fix for the bug where repeat events are off by one day starting in second week of November. Now I have the problem listed by girlscoutsjs. Now I have all the events for the rest of the year messed up and no way to fix it!

The problem here (as posted in epicbiking's ticket... btw, please don't post issues in BOTH the forum and a ticket)... is not a bug. Error reporting shows they were having a memory issue. Need to increase PHP memory_limit.
