TOPIC: Field Limits Question

I have Field Limits set for a couple of items and have noticed that even registrations that have a status of Cancelled have their selections counted in the Field Limits.

eg: Johnny signs up for an event and orders 2 lunch tickets. Later he decides that he can't make it and his record is changed from Active to Cancelled. Even though his record is Cancelled, the 2 tickets in his record are counting towards the total number of tickets available for the event.

Is this how DT Register should work, or is this a glitch? I would think that the Cancelled records selections should be "ignored" by the system? If this is how it works I will go through and make sure to modify all selections from any Cancelled records, but this seems like a lot of work.

Any insight into this would be much appreciated.

I would agree that cancelled records should not count in the field limits so hopefully that can be changed.
